This was my first time here. There was fantastic complimentary salsa and bean soup to start the meal, followed by margaritas, enchiladas, fajitas, table side guacamole... What more can you ask for? Everything was delicious! Can't wait to come back!

Pollo ranchero 🔥😋. So good. Definitely upscale from a basic taqueria. The quality is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere in this restaurant is old school with a whimsical modern twist. Staff was very attentive and my glass was never empty. Overall a very nice experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you guys for such a great experience. Looking forward to seeing you guys again.

I've been going to the original El Chaparral since college in the mid 1990s. We always make an effort to visit when we are in town. This was our first time to the new location and enjoyed it every bit as much. A very normal dining experience, thank goodness. Delicious as the original. Thank you for sticking to your original principles and remaining great.
