Monday PORK CHOPS - Two (2) grilled center cut pork chops served:
American: Brown gravy mashed potatoes, vegetables and salad.
Tex-Mex: Ranchera sauce, rice, beans and salad.
Tuesday - CALABASITA - Pork tips sautéed with squash, corn, tomato and onion. Served with rice, beans and salad.
Wednesday - CHICKEN FRIED STEAK - (All Hill Country Favorite) Lightly battered beef cutlet topped with country gravy. Served with mashed potatoes, vegetables and salad.
Thursday - CHICKEN BREAST - Grilled Chicken Breast served:
American: Mashed potatoes, vegetables and salad.
Tex-Mex: Ranchera sauce, white cheese, rice, beans and salad.
Friday - ROAST BEEF - Slow cooked tender beef roast. Served with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables and salad.
