In 1972 we, Carlos and Mary purchased Rudy and Irene's, an established well known restaurant that had existed for 24 years. The building contained a small dining room, kitchen and living quarters where we resided with our family for several years. It didn't take long for the restaurant to be recognized as a landmark for savory Tex-Mex cuisine. The secret to our success is simple... The delicious food is prepared fresh on a daily basis. Our food is a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation, thus creating "A Taste Like No Other".
